Sailwave - Race Scoring Software

Latest Version released 1st May 2008.

Quote:

"Sailwave is a popular easy-to-use multi-lingual sailing regatta scoring program for Windows. It is used internationally at all levels of the sport; from club racing to regional and world championships. Flexible publishing tools allow results to be targeted to web browsers, web-sites and email destinations.

In addition to the help file, friendly support from the author and hundreds of experienced Sailwave users is available from the Sailwave User Group.

Although primarily used at sailing events, Sailwave is also used for windsurfing, ice yachting, land yachting and model yachting. You can download Sailwave and additional resources (rating and language files etc) from this website."

Points Of Interest for GPS

For those that are interested I've compiled a list of Points of Interest for Garmin GPS Navigation units and donated them to MaFT.

These can be downloaded and converted to TomTom POI's or any other format you wish using freely available tools from the Internet.

I started off with a Garmin GPS, then moved on to a TomTom, so I can confirm that all these POIs can be converted quite easily.

If you want the POIs the can be found at MafT.

Enjoy. ;-)
